As a life coach specializing in emotional eating, I understand the complex relationships between emotions and food and help my clients develop healthier coping strategies. I work on stress reduction and teach my clients how to recognize hunger and fullness cues. They can gain control over their emotional eating patterns and improve their overall well-being.
